Emergency Alerts national test survey

Introduction

Emergency Alerts is a new service from the UK government that will warn you if there’s a danger to life nearby.

You may have received an emergency alert on your mobile phone or other device on 23 April, which was broadcast at 3pm for 20 minutes.

For more information about Emergency Alerts, go to gov.uk/alerts.

We’d like to get some feedback to help improve the service. All questions will need simple multiple-choice responses.

We would like to keep this survey anonymous and confidential. Do not include any personal information, such as your name, address or phone number or where you work.
